MEDITATION COACHING
Meditation coaching is for anyone who wishes to establish a meditation practice. It is suitable for people from all walks of life and all spiritual/religious traditions.
In modern life, it can be challenging to find the time and space for self-care practices like meditation. Yet taking the time to meditate can help us navigate the stresses and strains of modern life and enhance our quality of life. Working with a meditation coach is a good way to get started; it can support you in keeping motivated and accountable.
How does it work?
I offer a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your specific needs. We will discuss the frequency of sessions, duration of your meditation practice, preferred time of day, and any other specific requirements you may have. If you wish to proceed, we will agree on a start date.
Consultations and sessions will be held on Zoom.
We will meet on Zoom each session at the agreed time and meditate together. I will guide you into your meditation, if this has been agreed upon consultation, and gently bring you back on completion.
The overall aim is to support you in developing a meditation practice that works for you and integrating this into your daily routine.
Depending on your availability and budget, you can book one-off sessions or a block of sessions for a week, fortnight, or a month. All sessions are Monday through Friday.

Benefits of meditation
Meditation has been proven to have many health benefits. It helps to reduce stress, decrease blood pressure, aid memory, aid sleep and relaxation, help with pain management, and reduce inflammation. It helps to combat depression and anxiety, as well as other mental health issues.
Meditation increases self-awareness. When we take time out to tune into ourselves this helps us to recognise what is going on in our inner world, process our thoughts and feelings and boost self-esteem and confidence. By being more self-aware we can make better choices for ourselves that are aligned with our own values and integrity.
