Therapies offered

I take a transpersonal and existential approach whereby a person’s spiritual belief system is seen as important and integral to the therapeutic process.

I have a particular interest in exploring different levels of consciousness through breath work, entheogenic journeying, meditation, dance and other channels. This is because healing can occur at a much deeper level through expanded states of consciousness, thus many prefer it to talking therapies alone.

I also integrate inner child work and shadow work; I incorporate dream interpretation and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my approach. I also have a range of other tools and techniques both traditional and unorthodox, all of which facilitate self-awareness, integration and wholeness.

My acquired skills consist of:

  • Behavioural therapy

  • Cognitive and behavioural therapies

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive therapy

  • Humanistic therapies

  • Integration

  • Person-centred therapy

  • Psychodynamic therapy

As a highly sensitive person, I also offer support to people who identify as being HSP or feel they have difficulties with their sensitivity.
